Heaven Strothers, owner of Terra Tovela, brings boundless creativity and a deep commitment to sustainability to our board.
With a rich background in the food, wine, and event industries, Heaven has honed her skills in creating unforgettable culinary experiences. From her early days as a server to transforming Terra Tovela into a beacon of farm-fresh, sustainable catering, Heaven's journey has been marked by innovation and dedication.
Beyond her culinary prowess, Heaven is a passionate about motivating others to find their voice. She is a speaker for several non-profit organizations and has helped change laws for the better in Washington state for survivors of sexual and domestic assault.
Her vision and leadership enrich our board, inspiring us to elevate every event and make a meaningful impact in our community.
Tizita Kebede
Board Secretary
Tizita Kebede, originally from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, holds a BA in Sociology and a Master’s in Gender Studies. Her academic and professional background has fueled her passion for addressing social justice and gender inequality in Ethiopia.
Tizita has extensive experience working with non-profit organizations focused on advancing the rights of women and children in Ethiopia. She has led initiatives to empower women, advocate for their rights, and conducted workshops on family law in rural communities to educate women about their legal protections.
Currently based in Seattle, Washington, Tizita works as a case manager, assisting immigrants in accessing essential resources such as health care and education. As a board member of We Heart All, she brings her unwavering commitment to creating a more equitable world for women and children, particularly in Ethiopia, and is proud to support the organization’s mission.


Syreeta Kinnard
Board Member
As a purpose-driven professional with a background in healthcare, she is passionate about creating meaningful impact, both through her career and her involvement in nonprofit work. Her service in this space has deepened her commitment to uplifting individuals and strengthening communities in ways that truly matter.
She is especially excited about the opportunity to expand this impact on a broader, even global scale, bringing a blend of strategic thinking, compassion, and a solutions-focused mindset shaped by her experience in analytics, project management, event planning, and leadership.
Having called Washington home for over a decade, Syreeta looks forward to continuing to grow, serve, and make a real difference alongside an inspiring community.
AJ Lippert
Board Member
AJ Lippert brings a strong sense of community, connection, and service to We Heart All’s mission. As the owner and brewer of Barley POP! Brewing in Snohomish, Washington, AJ has built a business centered around hospitality and creating welcoming spaces where people can come together.
Known for his approachable nature and authentic interest in others, AJ is passionate about building relationships, supporting community engagement, and helping create meaningful experiences that bring people together for a greater purpose. He believes in the power of local communities to create lasting impact through both generosity and action.
As a husband and father of two, AJ is especially driven by the belief that every child and family deserves the opportunity to feel safe, supported, and empowered to thrive. He holds an Associate of Applied Science degree and is committed to using his experience, creativity, and community connections to help strengthen and expand the reach of We Heart All.


Todd Morgan
Board Member
Todd brings a strong background in education, community service, and mentorship to We Heart All. Originally from Buffalo, New York and a lifelong Buffalo sports fan, he has lived in Snohomish County since 1987, where he raised three children and now enjoys time with his grandchildren.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Master’s degree in Education focused on youth development. He currently teaches work readiness, customer service, citizenship, and life skills at the Goodwill Job Training and Education Center in South Everett and has worked extensively with adults with special needs throughout his career.
His background also includes community workshops, mission trips to Mexico, conference speaking, management roles, and 18 years as a Survey Engineer.
Passionate about service and community building, he is excited to support We Heart All’s mission and impact.
Alli Sharp
Board President
Alli has always been a protector of the vulnerable, she has an extensive career in military, law enforcement, Child Protective Services and corporate global security.
However, it was her experiences abroad that ignited a new passion within her. In 2013, Alli began mission trips aimed at helping children in various countries. This path eventually led her to open an orphanage in Cambodia.
Never giving up on her dream of establishing her own nonprofit, she founded We Heart All in March 2023. Fueled by the pressing needs she witnessed globally, she partnered with like-minded individuals in Ethiopia and Uganda. Together, they're developing and funding programs to transform the lives of children and families.
